The "El Placer Farms" project is run by Sebastián Ramírez, a fourth generation coffee producer. The project started on his family farm and has expanded to include farms of small coffee producers in Quindio and Huila. Partner farms include El Placer, Andalucía, La Sofía, La Carito and La Paz. At altitudes ranging from 1300 to 1600 metres above sea level, these coffees are grown with passion and dedication.

At the heart of the project is El Placer Farms' "Hacienda Córcega" processing centre, equipped with the latest coffee processing technology. In addition, the project is committed to education and generational renewal, inspiring young people to pursue careers as coffee producers.
