Café Boavista de Espirito Santo do Pinhal is an exceptional selection of green coffee beans from the Baixa Mogiana region, located in the heart of the State of Sao Paulo, Brazil. This region is characterised by its average altitude of approximately 900 metres above sea level and its fertile soils, ideal for coffee cultivation. Boavista coffee is produced with great care and a manual selection of ripe cherries of the red Bourbon variety, which gives the coffee a greater sweetness and quality.

Tatu 17/18 Red Bourbon Coffee is grown at altitudes of 1000 to 1200 meters and is noted for its natural processing. This processing method brings out the unique characteristics of the beans, offering a cup with distinctive notes of hazelnut, nuttiness, sweetness and caramel. This coffee scores an impressive 84.25, reflecting its exceptional quality.
